Accommodation insufficiency is a reduce ability to focus the eyes for near. In opposite to normal reduce focus for near that happen after the age of 40 years old, this condition mostly related to younger ages and especially with children.

Normal focus system should be able to focus for any near task without fuzzy vision.

Symptoms:

1. Headaches.
2. Avoid near tasks especial reading.
3. Pain.
4. Eye strain.
5. Low concentration.
6. Can’t use the computer for long time.
7. Confuse when reading.
